Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following words and phrases used in these Terms are explained below.

• "Platform" refers to the cvb99 website, mobile site and all services under it.
• "User" or "you" refers to any account holder registered on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of deposited and won funds in the account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, credits or rewards provided by cvb99.
• "Bet" or "wager" refers to the act of placing money at risk in any game or event.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable.

Account Registration

To use the Services on cvb99, you must register an account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Registration Conditions

• Each individual may open only one account. If one person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended.
• You must provide your real name, a valid mobile number and an active email address at the time of registration.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with a third party is prohibited.
• The account may only be used by the person who registered it. Transferring the account or allowing anyone else to use it is not permitted.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cvb99 may at any time request a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other valid documents to verify a user's identity. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

Eligibility Requirements

To use the services of cvb99, you must meet the following eligibility criteria.

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You are operating the account in your own name and of your own free will — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are not subject to any legal or court-ordered prohibition on gambling.
• You are not an employee, director, partner of cvb99 or a member of their family.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• cvb99 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

cvb99 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus. To withdraw the bonus, you must place a total of (৳1,200 × 25) = ৳30,000 in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit, otherwise they will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless cvb99 explicitly permits it.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• cvb99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The cvb99 VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

You can advance to the next tier by staying regularly active. VIP benefits are provided subject to specific conditions and cvb99 reserves the right to modify the program at any time.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting activities on cvb99.

6.1 Betting Limits

• Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface.
• cvb99 reserves the right to change or restrict the bet limits of any account if necessary.

6.2 Games and Results

• The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and independent.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, cvb99 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the wagered amount.
• For casino games, the rules of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) apply.

6.3 Sports Betting

• Payments for cricket, football and other sports betting are determined based on the outcome of specific events.
• If a match is abandoned or stopped after partial play, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If the result of an event changes for any reason, the corresponding correction will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvb99 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Placing artificial bets using your own or another person's account for the purpose of earning bonus funds ("bonus abusing").
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots or hacking tools.
• Attempting to access another person's account or steal their information.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through a fraudulent identity or false information.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform for personal gain. Any such error found must be reported to support immediately.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 cvb99's Rights

cvb99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If the documentation required for identity verification is not provided.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found.
• If clear evidence of bonus abuse is found from betting patterns.

8.2 User Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. In this case, please contact the support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance, subject to the Terms.
